​Airbag bubble wrap has structure with strong small air bubbles which is made of polyethylene (plastic) resin, without chemical additives, the  most  common  bubble  size  is 10mm.

Bubble wrap is a pliable soft transparent plastic material. It is used as a radiation insulation material with high bearing weight capacity, durability, and good water resistance ... Metalize membrane has been treated to resist oxidation and withstand various weather conditions.
