Nitrile Rubber

Nitrile Rubber, also known as sponge rubber, produced from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Honeycomb structure helps Nitrile Rubber to well prevent condensation on any HVAC system or cold water systems. Nitrile Rubber is listed as a high cleaning standard product.

1. Thermal insulation for water piping system

Due to excellent resistance to weather aging, ozone, UV exposure, Maxflex Nitrile Rubber becomes the top of thermal insulation materials, widely used for insulating external hot pipes of solar thermal systems. Besides, it is also idea for applications which need to meet high cleaning demands, such as: hospital, hotel, home, factory, etc. 

Maxflex Nitrile Rubber is an ideal insulation material for hot water piping systems because of following features:
